Dominique Rochat

Dominque Rochat is an eminent and well respected partner in the law firm of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He holds a law degree from Geneva and a degree in comparative studies from CambridgeUniversity. He was admitted to the bar in 1975. Mr. Rochat specialises mainly in banking and capital markets law; trusts and estate planning; mergers and acquisitions; corporate and contract law and, Swiss taxation. Mr. Rochat is also a relatively long-standing Member of the Board, having been appointed in April 1995.
