John Shelley
John leads the initiative for RBS to launch a joint venture private bank with Bank of China.  He is based in Beijing and prior to taking up this role, John was Chief Risk Officer of Coutts Asia from October 2003 to March 2006. Before Asia, John had worked over 30 years with RBS and NatWest where he held senior positions in corporate banking, capital markets and strategy.  Apart from Asia, he has also worked in Europe and North America.
