Sarah Owen-Jones has been CRO since 2004. She has worked for Coutts and the RBS Group in the UK since 1981 and held various positions within the risk area. Before moving to Zurich, she was Head of Enterprise Risk, Wealth Management Division RBS Group.
Sarah Owen-Jones is responsible for regulatory, enterprise and credit risk as well as the legal team in the Bank.
