Wendy joined Coutts in February 2006 after 25 years at ANZ Bank. Her last role in ANZ was that of Regional Head of People Capital - Asia, responsible for the strategic people agenda across 11 countries. Wendy will leverage on her extensive regional experience to shape, develop and implement our people plans in support of our business objectives.  She will focus on resourcing for growth, developing excellence and developing our future leaders.
