Some of the options include web based and distance training courses, access to workshops and classes, books, videos and CD ROMS.
Group Education Sponsorship Policy
We provide financial assistance to colleagues undertaking professional or vocational qualifications when the qualifications provide a clear business benefit and ensure an improved level of individual performance.
MBA Sponsorship
The Group may offer sponsorship to those colleagues who meet the criteria for MBA programmes. Decisions to offer sponsorship are made at the Managing Director level within the business.
Performance Management Cycle
Every employee at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group should have at least one formal performance review each year. During this review, you will discuss and agree upon your objectives for the next 12 months, and identify the tools and processes that will help you achieve them. Not only does this give you a clear idea of what you should be striving for, but it allows both of us to easily measure your performance.
